In this class, children learn:
- Light Movement – Gentle, mindful movements to release tension and reset their energy.
- Breath Work – Simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and body anytime, anywhere.
- Tapping – Easy-to-learn tapping sequences to reduce anxiety and boost confidence.
Whether your child is facing challenges in the classroom, on the field, or in everyday life, they’ll walk away with practical skills they can use in the moment to feel grounded, secure, and ready to take on their day.
