The owner, staff, and practitioners are lovely, engaging, and helpful. The salt cave is unique and almost surrealistic. Highly recommend a sound bath with Brooke. This audible journey promotes deep relaxation and although I often slip into a state which may be akin to sleep, I experience increased awareness and a sense of peace. Afterwards, you can peruse the gift shop with lots to look at and if you are lucky, the cutest little kitten will be there in the back.

We went on a relaxing date on an adventure out for the day. We were brought to a back room that was a actual salt cave. Everything is made of solid block Himalayan salt walls and floors. We sat in these reclining chairs and just relaxed under some blankets. The lights were lowered to ambient light and we relaxed listening to the water feature and ambient music. Seemed like a million miles away from anything. Spent about an hour just spacing out and enjoying each other's company. I can see why people do stuff like this to unplug and get away.

Signature Massage

Our signature massage is customized to meet your needs. Varying in pressure from light to medium, it incorporates the therapeutic use of hot stones, aromatherapy,  and various massage techniques to address areas of tension and discomfort. Choose one or two areas of focus, such as neck, back, shoulders or feet for deeper pressure  to get the relief you need from chronic issues.  Discuss your needs with our massage therapist prior to start to ensure the experience and results you are looking to achieve.

Signature Massage with Crystals

Enhance a Signature Massage with the transformative power of healing crystals. In this unique, customized experience, you can either bring your crystals or choose from our extensive collection. Similar to a traditional hot stone massage, this service replaces stones with carefully selected crystals and gems to target and soothe your muscles. Rely on your intuition or consult with your practitioner to find the crystals that best align with your needs.

The warmed crystals are placed on key points of your body to relax and rejuvenate, while also being used to massage and release muscle tension. This multi-dimensional experience combines the healing properties of crystal energy, the detoxifying benefits of Himalayan salt, and the therapeutic touch of a skilled practitioner.

Reiki Massage

A reiki massage combines the energy healing of reiki along with massage therapy to facilitate healing and balancing at both the energetic and physical levels. The session is customized to the client’s needs and goals with the practitioner’s training and intuition providing the healing. This unique combining of modalities creates a feeling of overall well-being. Reiki encourages the free flow of the body’s own energy or “Chi” while the massage loosens muscles and increases oxygen and blood flow throughout the body.  Reiki is performed during the massage.

Couples Massage

Includes two 45-minute salt cave sessions and two 50-minute Signature massages

Bring your significant other, parent, sibling, bestie or second cousin twice removed. Doesn’t matter to us. Our couples massage is a little different than most others. One person receives a massage while the other relaxes in the salt cave, then you switch. Lasting nearly two hours, this is one of our most popular services!

Deep Tissue Massage

Experience reduced stress, a lowered heart rate, and a truly uplifting sensation with Deep Tissue Massage Therapy. This focused technique helps to realign deep muscles and tissue, providing relief from chronic aches, painful muscle tightness, and contracted areas such as a stiff neck or upper back. Employing more pressure to target deeper muscles and fascia, a Deep Tissue Massage can effectively reduce stress hormones and heart rate while releasing feel-good neurotransmitters like oxytocin and serotonin to provide an uplifting sensation and greater sense of well-being.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage optimizes the utilization of medium to light pressure to ease muscles and free up tension. Intended to calm the spirit and reboot the mind, it’s ideal for those who feel fatigued or exhibit mild depression. Reestablishing one’s body and soul helps to clarify worries, enabling a better approach to deal with our rushed lives. The undulating motions boost elasticity, flexibility, repress pain, and evacuate toxins to stimulate healing. Swedish massage is suggested for individuals with contracted muscles and/or joint discomfort.
